Instructions on how to use the pledge cards.

The pledge cards are designed for you to keep track of all the TREE sponsorships you get from all of  your family and friends.

You fill the bottom portion (below the perforation) with:

1. What is the Pledge Date?
2. How many Trees did your friend or relative sponsor @ $10.00 per Tree?
3. Multiply the number of Trees sponsored by $10 and fill in the blank.
4. Did they pay with check or cash? Check the correct box.
5. What is the name of your school or organization? Fill that line in.
6. What is your name? YOU are the reforester.
7. Now go to the top of the pledge card.
8. Fill in the same pledge date as the bottom.
9. Who just sponsored the Trees? Fill in your friend or relatives name.
10. What is their address? Fill in all of those spaces. Don’t forget the phone #!
11. Then fill in how many Trees were sponsored, the total and check or cash.
12. Put the check or cash in the little pocket on the last page of the booklet or in a separate envelope to give to your teacher or organizer.

It is that SIMPLE.
